Located in Saint-Alphonse de Granby, WR Transformateur is one of the leading manufacturers of dry-type electrical transformers, with over a decade of experience. Functions:
Create various diagrams for transformer design.
Prepare cost estimates based on the specifications.
Act as a resource person for current product development.
Prepare the technical design documentation.
Check for raised system failures and ensure effective corrective measures are implemented.
Convey the information to the 3D designer
Hold a diploma related to electricity
Have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a designer of electrical transformers (mandatory)
Proficient in reading electrical and mechanical plans
Master English
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Problem-solving skills
Be a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (an asset)
Have a positive knowledge of SolidWorks software (an asset)
