PRODUCTION EMPLOYEE We are currently seeking energetic and hardworking candidates to join our production team. The Production Employee is responsible for safely and efficiently operating equipment and performing manual tasks to support the production of lumber and other wood products. This role plays a key part in maintaining a steady production flow and ensuring quality standards are met. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment. This position involves general cleanup – physically handling and lifting materials, throughout both sawmill and planer production environments. General Production Cleanup provides tremendous growth opportunities, where motivated individuals are able to train, and excel in various areas throughout the site. The ideal candidate must be available to work various shifts (days, afternoons, and graveyard) from Monday to Friday and should be able to work both independently and in a team setting. A strong work ethic, good physical condition, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Must be available to work various shifts – days, afternoons & graveyard (Monday to Friday)
- Ability to work in a safe and productive manner; independently, or in a team environment.
- Must be in good physical condition.




- Demonstrate a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Class 5 Drivers license.
- Must follow safe work practices and procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- May be exposed to elements of weather.
- Knowledge of the lumber manufacturing process would be an asset.
- Preference may be given to those with OFA-Level 3 certification.
