At Sharon Corners, Cogir Senior Living is looking for a committed Registered Practical Nurse to work part-time from 7 am to 3 pm, totaling 30 hours bi-weekly. Your role will involve delivering personalized nursing care and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide planned, patient-oriented nursing care consistently
• Complete clinical assessments and maintain accurate documentation
• Foster effective communication with residents and families




• Guide unregulated care providers through coaching and mentorship
• Evaluate and adapt care plans based on resident needs
Requirements:
• Current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse in Ontario
• Experience and education in gerontology or long-term care preferred
• Robust customer service and relationship-building skills
• Critical thinking and organizational skills a must
• Certification in First Aid and Basic Cardiac Life Support required
