As the Automotive Sales market expands, Erin Dodge Chrysler is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our growing team as a Sales Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect vehicle to meet their needs and budget. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by listening to their needs and offering product recommendations

- Conduct test drives with customers to demonstrate vehicle features and capabilities

- Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales and meet sales targets

- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our vehicle inventory, financing options, and promotional programs





- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

- Automotive experience is preferred

- OMVIC License

- Robust communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent customer service skills

- Must be organized and detail-oriented

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Pay: $35,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
