Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Fence Post Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various construction-related tasks and a strong attention to detail. As a Fence Post Installer, you will be responsible for the installation of posts on residential and commercial properties, ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Duties
Install various types of fence posts and footings for decks, including wood, vinyl, chain link, and ornamental metal.
Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete installations efficiently and accurately.
Prepare the site for installation by clearing debris and marking boundaries.
Ensure that all installations are plumb, level, and securely anchored.
Perform minor repairs on existing fences as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the installation process.

Requirements




Proven experience in construction or related fields; skills in fence construction, concrete mixing, or carpentry are a plus.
Proficiency with hand tools and power tools commonly used in fence installation.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Physical stamina to perform manual labour for extended periods, including lifting heavy materials.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members.
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to our office in Mississauga near Erin Mills Parkway & Highway 403.
