• Oversee daily operations of Front Desk and Guest Services
• Schedule and manage staff based on occupancy
• Review and resolve room-related disputes
• Communicate effectively with Housekeeping
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in hospitality
• Post-secondary education in related fields
• Robust problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of hotel operations and software
