Select is partnering with our client to recruit a dependable and hardworking Yard Worker to support day-to-day yard operations in Fort Macleod. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, is comfortable working outdoors, and takes pride in keeping materials organized and operations running efficiently.

Compensation & Hours:
The rate of pay will be $ $20–$26/hr, depending on experience
Full time position
Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays required
Position Summary:
Pack and prepare orders for pickup or delivery
Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
Receive, sort, and stock incoming materials
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard setting
Support general yard operations and assist team members as needed
Follow all safety procedures and equipment guidelines
Required Qualifications:
Previous experience in a yard, warehouse, or labour role
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Ability to lift and handle materials safely
Solid work ethic and reliability
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bonus Points For:
Experience operating a forklift or telehandler
Background in construction, agriculture, or industrial environments
