As a local resident of Kitimat or Terrace, you will play a critical role as a Security Officer with SSRG. Your responsibilities include maintaining customer service, monitoring site activities, and providing detailed incident reports. The role involves mobile and foot patrols, emergency response dispatch, and managing access requests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain excellent customer service to guests and staff
• Control access and monitor intrusion detection systems
• Patrol assigned areas on foot and mobile
• Process site access requests for visitors and vendors
• Create and issue site access badges as needed
Requirements:
• Valid BC Security License
• Intermediate First Aid or Level C CPR/AED certification
• Full Class 5 Driver’s License with positive abstract
• Willingness to work adaptable shifts
• Pass drug testing and criminal record check
