Compensation
- 70/30 split to start (in favour of the RMT), with transition to flat monthly rent available
- Part time to start, with opportunity to build to full-time
- Independent contractor position
- Earnings estimate based as a general example of 5-20+ clients a / week.

Responsibilities
- Provide safe, therapeutic massage therapy tailored to client needs
- Complete assessments and maintain accurate, up-to-date treatment records
- Communicate clearly regarding health history, goals, and treatment plans
- Maintain a clean and professional treatment space
- Stay current with standards and best practices in massage therapy
Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and professionally
