YOUR CHALLENGES:

· Ensure that orders are processed effectively, either by phone, emails or faxes

· Process each order in the computer system accurately

· Provide exceptional customer service to our clients

· Process calls to all customers as required by the cheese factory

· Dealing with customer complaints and resolve problems to keep an outstanding customer service

WHAT YOU HAVE:

· Minimum High School Diploma and /or equivalent experience and education

· Minimum of one (1) year experience in a similar position

· Must be comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment

· Excellent attention to details and high precision when you perform your job daily tasks.





· Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Good knowledge of MS Office, more particularly Excel

· Alphanumeric data entry efficiency

· Must be Bilingual (English, French)

Status: Permanent, Full Time

Work Schedule: weekdays 8am-4pm

- St-Albert is situated about 45 minutes from downtown Ottawa therefore you must have a vehicle to come to the factory. There are no buses, ubers, trains that come directly to St-Albert.
