GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Northern Leisure Products is a uniquely Canadian hot tub and home leisure products brand in growth mode by expanding its dealer base from coast to coast. The company culture is clean, focused, drama-free, fun and forward-thinking. All sales originate from the eCommerce platform, including hot tubs, saunas, swim spas, water care products, accessories, parts and more. Our Coordinator is primarily responsible for assisting with online product setup, order processing, order picking, order packaging, shipping, and inventory management. A sister company that distributes sporting goods also requires the same Coordinator's attention. Secondary responsibilities include assisting with sales and marketing, administrative tasks and other administrative functions as required.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

Successful candidates will know how to use Microsoft computers and be highly organized.



An understanding of eCommerce and online shipping platforms such as ShipStation would be outstanding, but if not, we can train almost any tech-savvy candidate. A mature approach to business and personal needs must be understood and managed as we maintain a certain degree of flexible hours. Experience in a detail-oriented administration role is mandatory. During the receipt of hot tub and sporting goods shipments, it's an all-hands-on-deck effort, including the president. Shipments are received year-round in most weather conditions, requiring the team to be hearty and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
