We are currently seeking a Stockroom Clerk to join the team at our Chesley, ON location!

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll help keep the Parts Department operating smoothly by managing incoming and outgoing inventory, supporting internal teams, and ensuring parts are where they need to be — on time and organized. Your day-to-day will include:

- Receiving, unpacking, and distributing incoming parts and merchandise
- Preparing and shipping outgoing orders, returns, warranties, and claims
- Coordinating with the Service Department on incoming parts for active work orders
- Maintaining accurate inventory levels through cycle counts and organization
- Applying freight charges and completing invoice adjustments as required
- Ordering parts and monitoring stock levels to support dealership operations
- Organizing shelves, stocking displays, and maintaining showroom presentation
- Completing inventory logs, spreadsheets, and shipping documentation accurately
- Supporting a clean, safe, and organized stockroom environment
- Participating in meetings, training, and ongoing process improvements

What Makes You a Great Fit

- You’re organized, dependable, and take pride in accuracy and efficiency.
- 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, stockroom, parts, or retail environments




- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working with computers, inventory systems, and Microsoft 365
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the day
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive, professional attitude
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in agriculture, construction, or automotive industries is an asset
