Rodd Grand Yarmouth is seeking a professional, service-oriented individual to join our team as a Restaurant Server. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, enjoys creating positive guest experiences, and thrives in a fast-paced team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service by creating a welcoming and memorable dining experience
- Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, personalized service throughout the dining experience
- Accurately take and process guest orders, answer menu questions, and provide recommendations when appropriate
- Assist with food service by running meals and supporting team members to ensure efficient service
- Address guest concerns professionally and work with the management team to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment
Key Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently and professionally with guests
- Positive, outgoing, and approachable personality
- Strong team player who works well in a collaborative environment
- Energetic, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality service
- Comfortable discussing menu items and sharing recommendations for food and beverages
- Previous experience as a server in a full-service restaurant is considered an asset
