About the Role

Manning Veterinary Clinic is seeking a dedicated Veterinary Technologist Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is a fast-paced, multifaceted position where no two days are the same. You'll work in a mixed-animal practice serving small animals, equines, and livestock—supporting our veterinarians and technologists in delivering exceptional patient care.

What You'll Do

- Assist veterinarians and technologists during appointments and surgical procedures
- Manage kennel operations including animal care, feeding, cleaning, and comfort
- Provide front-desk and reception support including scheduling, phone management, and client communication
- Perform facility cleaning and sanitation
- Support out-of-province travel to our Hay River clinic (approximately once monthly)
- Adapt to evolving responsibilities in a collaborative team environment
