You will ensure first call resolution and provide support for customer inquiries through various channels. This full-time position operates on a weekday schedule. Key Responsibilities:

- Address inbound calls efficiently and professionally
- Provide effective solutions on the first call
- Log pickups and deliveries accurately
- Assist in coordinating special freight movements
- Deliver customer service aligned with our company values Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Must be bilingual in French and English
- Solid communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite essential
