Lead front desk operations at The Jordan Hotel within Tokuc Group. This role emphasizes guest satisfaction and team supervision, ensuring a smooth workflow during shifts. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, manage front desk staff, and resolve guest inquiries effectively.

Your contributions are vital to maintaining high service standards and an effective front desk experience. You will also assist in training new team members and coordinating with other departments to support hotel operations. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise front desk staff, managing schedules and tasks
- Ensure timely and professional guest check-in/out
- Handle guest inquiries and service recovery efficiently
- Train and support front desk agents for service excellence
- Monitor operations, including room assignments and billing Requirements:
- High school diploma; hospitality education is an asset
- 1-3 years customer service or front desk experience
- Supervisory or team lead experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
