Barry Group Inc. (54417 Newfoundland & Labrador Inc.) is currently looking for individuals to fill the position(s) of Plant Sanitation Worker at the Barry Group plant located in Harbour Breton, NL for their upcoming season (expected start date August 2026).
Duties: (may include, but are not limited to)
- Equipment Sanitation: disassembling, cleaning, sanitizing, and reassembling machinery
- Cleaning & Sanitizing: cleaning floors, walls, ceilings and overhead structures using hoses and foamers
- Chemical Handling
- Waste Removal: collecting and removing garbage and waste from production floor
Applicants should be aware that we have some housing accommodations available to help employees from outside of town.
We are a unionized plant and compensation is based as per the collective agreement.
