Crop Management Network Inc. (CMN) in Holden, AB is hiring a Seasonal Facility Operator to assist with the operational demands of our spring/summer season. As part of the CMN Facility, Maintenance and Environmental (FM&E;) Team, you will work in a fast-paced team environment to ensure our equipment, facilities, and warehouses are running as efficiently as possible.

The Facility Operators are responsible to:
Provide updates on inventory levels;
Maintain equipment and CMN Assets
Blend Fertilizer
Assist with the receipt of product to the warehouse
Load or assist in loading and unloading of trailer of bulk chemical and fertilizer
Assist customer pick-up/internal transfers of product
Ensure the facility is keep clean and free of hazards
Follow Health, Safety & Environmental policies and procedures

The successful candidate will have:




Demonstrated ability to work independently
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
Must possess valuable interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships
Must be able to work in rapid paced setting
Ability to do physical labour and other strenuous physical tasks.
Workers must be punctual and reliable.
Able to operate a tele-handler, loader, tractor and/or forklift preferred
Ability to lift 50lbs
Has a valid Class 5 Driver's Licence
