Responsibilities
Perform high-quality interior and exterior painting
Prepare surfaces for optimal results (cleaning, sanding, caulking, priming)
Apply various paint types and finishes with precision and consistency
Maintain, clean, and manage all painting tools and equipment
Inspect completed work and verify quality standards before project completion
Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
Follow all safety protocols when using tools, ladders, and chemicals
Work independently and as part of a team while meeting timelines

Requirements




Minimum 5 years of qualified painting experience
Proven ability to prepare surfaces and deliver high-end finishes
Excellent references required
Strong work ethic, ethics, and attention to detail
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Willing to travel to Durham, Belleville, PEC, and Quinte, ON
