Our busy and growing home care company is in immediate need of an organized and dedicated Recruitment Coordinator to join our team! We are seeking individuals who are enthusiastic about advancing their career in the field of Human Resources.

Responsibilities
Coordinate all aspects of the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and initial resume screening.
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the position.
Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
Assist with the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract candidates.
Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and candidate pipeline status.
Support other HR initiatives.

Qualifications




University or College degree in a related field is considered an asset.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Less than 1 year of experience within full cycle recruitment would be considered an asset.
Effective communication, organizational, time management, collaboration and problem solving skills required.
Excellent attention to detail is required.
Ability to work independently and within a team workplace required.
Good attendance record.

Pay Range: $21.00 - $23.00 Per Hour
