You will supervise nursing staff, promote a safe care workplace, and make critical administrative decisions during off-shift hours, all while fostering effective communication with interdisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise nursing operations across multiple units
- Guide staff to ensure quality resident care
- Address unit issues in collaboration with leadership
- Communicate with medical staff and ancillary services
- Support compliance with health regulations and team development Requirements:
- New York State RN License required
- At least 1 year experience in Long Term Care
- Supervisory experience needed
- BLS Certification (AHA or RQI)
- Willingness to work in various environments Lead your team with expertise and dedication as an RN Clinical Leader on evening shifts.
