nWe are seeking a dedicated Server/Kitchen Helper/Cabin cleaner to support our team in delivering a high-quality fishing lodge experience for our members & guests. The ideal candidate will assist with cabin preparation for guests, serving meals from a fixed menu, food preparation, and maintaining a clean and secure kitchen environment. These roles are essential in ensuring excellent service to our customers. Prior restaurant or food industry experience is preferred but not required; a robust interest in food handling and safety is essential.n
The Kitchen
nHelper will work closely with chefs and kitchen staff to uphold our standards of cleanliness, food safety, and efficiency.n
Responsibilities

Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping, peeling, and assembling ingredients for meal service
n
Support cooking activities by preparing ingredients and assisting chefs during meal production
n
Help with food handling and safety procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations
n
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts
n
Serve food to customers or assist in plating dishes as directed by the culinary team
n
Follow all food safety guidelines and proper hygiene practices at all times

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment is preferred but not mandatory
