You’ll ensure that members receive the right guidance to enhance their financial well-being and assist them with routine banking transactions. Drawing from your customer service experience, you'll educate members on recent banking features while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:

Foster loyalty through exceptional member service
Provide assistance in-person, over the phone, and online
Refer members to advisors for specialized financial advice
Educate clients about contemporary banking practices
Support lending personnel with administrative tasks Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required
Robust skills in customer service and organization
Banking experience preferred but not required
Sales experience is an advantage
