Duties

Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and menu specifications.

Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and standards.

Assist in the planning of menus, taking into consideration dietary restrictions and seasonal ingredients.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items.
n
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
n
Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed.
n
Participate in training current kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety practices.
n
Help maintain a positive work environment by fostering teamwork and communication among staff.

Previous experience in a food service or restaurant setting is preferred, with a focus on meal preparation and cooking techniques.

Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
n
A passion for cooking and creating delicious meals that delight guests is highly desirable.
