This full time position focuses on delivering 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line technical support for Enterprise customers. You will work with cloud technologies, ensuring timely and high-quality assistance, and maintaining all Managed Cloud and Workspace services per agreed KPIs and SLAs. Collaboration with various team members will be key to the role's success.

Key Responsibilities:n• Deliver high-quality technical support to customersn• Organize and oversee regular maintenance reviewsn• Assist in the allocation of tasks within the cloud support teamn• Monitor KPIs and develop improvement plansn• Engage with the Operational teams for effective service delivery

Requirements:n• 5+ years in a senior engineering rolen• Experience with VMware, NSX-T, and DaaS technologiesn• Robust knowledge of networking concepts and firewall configurationn• Advanced skills in Microsoft and Linux environmentsn• Relevant technical qualifications and certifications
