We are currently seeking a passionate and highly motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor (Temporary) to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Clubhouse Operations, the Food & Beverage Supervisor will provide leadership and supervision to the front of house food and beverage staff. This is a temporary leave-coverage position with an estimated end date of December 2026 (subject to change). There is potential for this role to become permanent depending on business needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead day-to-day front of house food and beverage operations to deliver consistently exceptional member and guest experience.
- Supervise, coach, and support service staff; assist with onboarding and training to Westmount standards.
- Support scheduling, floor coverage, and shift execution, including opening and closing procedures.
- Act as a primary point of contact on the floor, anticipating member needs, responding to feedback, and resolving service issues professionally.
- Ensure accurate POS use and end of shift reporting; support POS updates as required.
- Maintain compliance with health & safety and responsible alcohol service standards,



including cleanliness and readiness of service areas.
- Collaborate with the culinary and clubhouse teams to support member events, tournaments, and club functions.

WHAT YOU OFFER

- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a private club setting.
- Inventory management experience.
- POS programming knowledge; Jonas Software experience would be an asset.
- Problem-solving skills.
- The ability to build strong relationships with Club Members, Team Members and suppliers.
- You are highly motivated and organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be available to work a versatile schedule based on operational needs, including opening and closing shifts, weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Pay: $58,000.00-$66,000.00 per year
