FUEL TEK INC. is a leading servicing company in the petroleum industry. We are looking for a qualified candidate to assist the daily activities of the dispatching team.

DAILY FUNCTIONS:

- Receive, filter and deliver all dispatched calls from customers/clients to field staff
- Assist and oversee the Work Orders of the company, working along with the accounting team and the Operations Manager.
- Contribute and manage the purchasing/ordering for calls - work closely with managers and act as the point person for check and balances on paperwork and protocol.
- Prepare analysis, reports and reconciliation on metrics from service calls
- Assist in the inventory function for the company - purchasing, ordering and reconciliation.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Experience as dispatcher 2-5 years
- Exposure in the petroleum industry is a plus
- Energetic, enthusiastic, willingness to learn and also adapt to changing environment.
- College/University Level Education
- understanding of Field Point, MS Project and Excel a plus
- Fully fluent (verbal and written) in both to effectively support clients and internal teams
- Capable of managing multiple tasks while prioritizing administrative responsibilities




- Collaborative team player who takes direction and contributes positively

Position is for FULL TIME-LONG TERM within the organization at our Dundas, Ontario office.

Salary and benefits are negotiable.

Salary: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
