A very well-established company in Lasalle is growing and looking for an Accounts Receivable specialist to join the team.

NOTE: this role is 5 days a week in Lasalle, in the office.

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing incoming payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely collections. This position requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software, and excellent customer service abilities. Responsibilities

- Process and record incoming payments
- Maintain accounts receivable records and ensure all transactions are documented.
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Communicate with clients regarding outstanding invoices and payment terms..
- Collaborate with other internal teams
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.




- Conduct account analysis to identify trends and potential issues.

Skills

- Able to learn accounting software
- Excellent communication skills, English and French
- High level of accuracy in data entry and financial analysis.
- Strong math skills for handling financial calculations.
- Effective phone etiquette to communicate clearly with clients.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing individual responsibilities.
