Brunch Cook / Caterer – SUNFEST Festival (Contract)

We’re looking for a strong brunch cook with catering experience who can handle volume and move with purpose. This is festival pace—busy, loud, and high energy.
Overview:
You’ll be responsible for preparing, serving, and presenting high-quality food in a fast-paced festival setting. You’ll work closely with the team to deliver smooth, efficient service while keeping standards high.
What You’ll Do:
- Execute fast, consistent brunch service
- Prep, cook, plate, and garnish menu items
- Set up and maintain clean, organized stations
- Assist with buffet/service setup when needed
- Serve guests professionally and efficiently
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Support the team through high-volume rushes
You:
- Experience in line cooking, brunch, or catering
- Strong understanding of food safety and handling
- Works clean, quick, and organized
- Handles pressure without slipping
- Reliable and on time
