Mold Operator (Full-Time) – Day or Afternoon Shift
Location: Stoney Creek, ON (Glover Rd.)

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a reliable, long-term Mold Operator to join our production team. This role is ideal for someone with manufacturing experience and a strong mechanical mindset who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with a company.

- 40–44 hours/week + overtime as needed
- Pay 20.00 - 23.00 p/hr

What You’ll Do

- Operate and monitor molding equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and report larger concerns




- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

What You Bring

- Experience in manufacturing (preferred)
- Mechanical aptitude (strong asset)
- Reliable transportation to our Stoney Creek facility
- Legal authorization to work in Canada (Permanent Resident or Citizen; no student visas)
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
