Elma is growing, and we’re building a strong kitchen team across multiple roles. We’re hiring for both our restaurant and our new food truck concept, with opportunities available year-round.

Whether you’re an experienced cook looking to expand your skillset or someone eager to grow in a fast-paced kitchen, we’d love to meet you and find the right fit.

We’re hiring for:

- Line Cooks
- Brunch Cooks
- Prep Cooks (morning & daytime shifts)
- Food Truck Cooks (daytime & evening shifts)

Elma is a modern Turkish-inspired restaurant focused on thoughtful food, strong execution, and genuine hospitality. We are a growing and recognized concept in the Okanagan, with a strong reputation for quality and a kitchen built on teamwork and pride in the craft.

Our kitchen is fast-paced and structured, with a strong focus on consistency, accountability, and high standards.

For experienced cooks, this is an opportunity to work with a distinct and evolving cuisine, develop new techniques, and be part of a team that takes pride in execution.

What You’ll Do:

- Execute dishes with consistency and attention to detail
- Work collaboratively with a tight-knit kitchen team
- Maintain a clean and organized station




- Support both prep and service as needed
- Adapt to different service styles

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous kitchen experience is an asset (especially for line roles)
- Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Ability to stay organized and focused under pressure
- Willingness to learn and grow
