We are hiring seasonal housekeepers for the summer season. This is a excellent opportunity to save money and gain hospitality experience before moving to busier winter destinations such as Banff, Whistler, etc.

We provide clean shared staff accommodation with a private bedroom at a very low cost ($100–$400 per month, depending on room size). $100 per month will be reimbursed upon successful completion of the contract period. Please note pets not allowed and it's for staff only. Couples can apply if you will be both working with us. Our goal is to help staff save more money while working fewer hours, rather than working 40+ hours per week and spending a large portion of their income on rent. Also, it is extremely difficult to find long-term rental housing in Radium.

This is a stable summer job ideal for accumulating savings.
Job period: May to October

Radium Hot Springs is located approximately 1.5 hours drive from Banff and Lake Louise.

The work is not difficult but requires consistency and attention to detail. Shifts are typically 4–5 hours per day, and staff are expected to work 6 days per week if needed.



Weekly hours may be under 30 hours, which is why affordable staff accommodation is offered. If you would like to work more, please consider other positions such as front desk clerk.

- Physically capable of light to moderate cleaning duties
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Able to commit for the full season (May–October)

We are a small, friendly, multicultural team. Both domestic and international applicants are welcome. However, you must have VISA that allows working in Canada. Staff accommodation is shared, and you may be living with someone from the opposite side of the globe, so we are looking for respectful and considerate individuals.

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
