As an RBC Financial Planner, you have the opportunity to grow and manage a portfolio of mass affluent clients, providing ongoing comprehensive reviews of their financial circumstances and helping them achieve long‑term goals through superior advice and expert financial planning.
Responsibilities
- Provide tailored financial planning advice and help clients reach their goals using RBC’s investment, credit, and everyday banking solutions.
- Actively grow, expand and maintain your portfolio of clients through value‑based relationship management and achieve performance targets.
- Build and nurture relationships with service partners and local markets to optimize business opportunities and referrals.
Qualifications (Must‑have)
- Financial Planning Designation (PFP®, QAFP™ or CFP®).
- Mutual Funds License (IFIC or CSC).
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in financial planning.
- Strong financial acumen, proven networking, client acquisition, and relationship‑management skills,
along with a track record of partnership and collaboration.
- Ability to create a market presence, build COI relationships, and cultivate robust partner relationships.
