We are looking for an energetic, skilled, Personal Lines Account Manager to service an existing book of business. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in the insurance industry.
Job Duties:
- Look after all aspects of maintaining a personal lines book of business
- Answering inbound calls and inquiries
- Processing endorsements and payments in insurance company portals
- Completing mid-term & renewal policy reviews
- Identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
- Providing exceptional service and professional advice
- Completing all applicable documentation with accuracy
- Being a team player
Education and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years experience in the insurance industry preferred
- Applied Systems (Epic)
experience an asset CIP or CAIB designation or working toward this designation an asset
- RIBO license required
- Sales Experience an asset
