Almond Nail Bar is opening its doors in Steinbach, and we’re excited to be bringing a fresh, elevated nail experience to the community.

We’re looking for a talented and experienced Lead Nail Technician / Lead Esthetician to join our founding team and help build, guide, and support our nail team from the very beginning. This role will play a key part in shaping our standards, team culture, and the client experience we’ll be known for.

What You’ll Do

- Perform manicures, pedicures, artificial nail services
- Provide a polished, professional, and high-quality client experience
- Support and train new nail technicians on Almond Nail Bar standards
- Help maintain consistency in service quality, timing, sanitation, and client care
- Lead by example with professionalism, teamwork, and strong communication
- Help monitor cleanliness, organization, supplies, inventory, and restocking
- Support the management team with feedback, coaching, and day-to-day salon flow
- Attend and help lead occasional team meetings or training sessions

What We’re Looking For

- Robust nail care experience required
- Esthetics or nail technician certification/license required
- Confident in manicures, pedicures, artificial nails, and salon sanitation standards
- Leadership, training, or mentoring experience is an asset
- Strong communication and client service skills
- Organized, reliable, professional, and solution-focused

Position Details Location: Almond Nail Bar Steinbach

Job Type: Full-time preferred; Par-time considered

Schedule: Daytime and alternating weekends

Pay: Competitive hourly wage, plus tips & bonuses

Pay: $21.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
