- Deliver biblically sound, Christ-centered sermons
- Provide spiritual vision and leadership to the church
- Offer pastoral care and mentorship to the congregation
- Lead and support staff and volunteers collaboratively
- Engage in community outreach and participation Requirements:
- Theologically sound with biblical training
- Previous pastoral ministry experience preferred
