Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver biblically sound, Christ-centered sermons
• Provide spiritual vision and leadership to the church
• Offer pastoral care and mentorship to the congregation
• Lead and support staff and volunteers collaboratively
• Engage in community outreach and participation
Requirements:
• Theologically sound with biblical training
• Previous pastoral ministry experience preferred
• Solid relational and community-minded approach
• Passionate about making disciples and spiritual growth
• Explicit calling to pastoral ministry with integrity
