Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Farm Hand to join our agricultural team. This role involves hands-on work across various farm operations, supporting the maintenance and productivity of our farm. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and a passion for farming and outdoor work. This position offers an opportunity to develop practical skills in horticulture, machinery operation, and farm maintenance within a agile environment.

Responsibilities
Assist with planting, watering, fertilizing, and harvesting crops using appropriate tools and techniques.
Operate farm machinery and equipment safely and efficiently, including tractors and power tools.
Perform routine maintenance on equipment, irrigation systems, and farm infrastructure to ensure optimal functioning.
Use hand tools for repairs, pruning, planting, and other manual tasks around the farm.
Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper water distribution across fields.
Support livestock care if applicable, including feeding and cleaning enclosures.
Heavy lifting of supplies, equipment, or harvested crops as needed to support daily farm operations.




Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote safety and efficiency.

Qualifications
Basic knowledge of horticulture principles and farm maintenance practices preferred.
Mechanical knowledge or experience with farm machinery is highly desirable.
Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively.
Familiarity with irrigation systems and basic farm infrastructure is a plus.
Experience with hand tools, power tools, and general maintenance tasks.
Strong physical stamina capable of heavy lifting and prolonged outdoor work in various weather conditions.
Basic math skills for measurements, calculations related to planting or harvesting schedules.
Prior experience working on a farm or in agricultural settings is advantageous but not required.
Ability to follow safety protocols diligently and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$38.00 per hour
