We are currently seeking an experienced and dependable Heavy Duty Mechanic to join our team in Emo, Ontario. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of heavy equipment and machinery used in construction, transportation, or industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities:

· Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy-duty trucks, trailers, and equipment

· Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections

· Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems

· Complete work orders, maintenance records, and inspection reports accurately

· Adhere to all company safety policies and provincial regulations

· Work in both shop and field environments as required

Qualifications:

· Proven experience working with diesel engines, hydraulic systems,



air brakes, and heavy machinery

· Knowledge of forklifts, manlifts, cranes, Bobcats, scissor lift and other equipment considered an asset

· Valid Ontario driver’s license (DZ or AZ license is an asset)

· Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Safety- oriented with knowledge of guidelines

· Candidates must currently reside in Ontario and be legally eligible to work in Canada. This is an in office position.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $27.86-$54.85 per hour
