Key Responsibilities:
• Manage terminal performance and operational efficiency
• Ensure quality control and timely order dispatch
• Foster open communication and robust employee relationships
• Generate insightful performance and safety reports
• Collaborate with Dispatch to forecast needs based on demand
Requirements:
• Five years of relevant experience in transportation logistics
• Two years in a supervisory terminal role
• Self-motivated and effective communicator
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Experience with TruckMate is a plus
