Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily terminal operations and performance standards
Monitor dock cleanliness and ensure timely order delivery
Manage employee performance and foster team relationships
Prepare comprehensive reports on performance metrics
Forecast equipment and staffing needs with the Director of Operations

Requirements
n
Minimum five years in transportation and logistics
At least two years in a terminal supervisory role
Solid analytical decision-making abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of Atlantic Canadian geography is an asset
