The Alberta iGaming Corporation (AiGC) is looking for an experienced Planning and Reporting Advisor to support the development and coordination of AiGC’s corporate strategic planning, business planning, and performance reporting processes. This role provides analytical, coordination, and reporting support to translate corporate strategy into integrated plans and decision‑ready products for the Executive Team and Board.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Corporate Strategy, Planning & Performance, this position works across divisions to ensure approved operational priorities, financial inputs, risk considerations, and Government of Alberta direction are reflected in corporate plans and performance reporting.

What You Will Do

Corporate Planning

- Support the development and coordination of AiGC’s strategic, business, and operational planning cycles.
- Coordinate inputs from multiple divisions to ensure plans reflect approved priorities, enterprise risks, and Government of Alberta direction.
- Maintain planning templates, schedules, and supporting documentation to enable consistent, timely planning.
- Lead and support planning and engagement sessions with internal stakeholders to inform and validate planning assumptions.

Performance Management and Reporting

- Support the development of annual performance reporting and other corporate reporting requirements.
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards and tracking tools to monitor progress against corporate objectives.
- Prepare quarterly performance reporting and analysis, including identification of trends, risks, and variances.
- Develop Board and Executive Team reports, briefings, dashboards and supporting materials.

Governance, Accountability, and Alignment

- Ensure planning and reporting products meet legislative, regulatory,



and public‑sector accountability requirements.
- Integrate enterprise risk considerations into planning and performance reporting.
- Support scenario analysis and strategic reviews to inform decision-making.
- Work across divisions to coordinate and integrate inputs, ensuring consistency and alignment across plans and reporting cycles.

What You Bring

- University degree in public administration, business, economics, political science, or a related discipline.
- 4+ years of progressively responsible experience in corporate planning, policy or program analysis, performance reporting, or related analytical work, preferably in a public sector, Crown corporation, or regulated environment.
- Experience supporting strategic plans, business plans, operational plans, and performance reporting for senior leadership or governance bodies.
- Solid analytical, writing, and synthesis skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, decision‑ready materials.
- Ability to facilitate engagement sessions and integrate diverse inputs into coordinated outputs.

Preferred

- Knowledge of public‑sector governance, legislative requirements, and accountability frameworks.
- Experience with performance reporting tools such as Power BI or equivalent.
