Compensation: Market-competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $80,000 – $130,000 (USD equivalent), plus perks.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to own performance across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels. The role is part strategist, part operator — turning channel investment into measurable pipeline and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
Manage SEO, content, and email lifecycle programs
Own attribution, reporting, and channel ROI analysis
Manage agency relationships and contractor budgets
Run experiments to improve CAC, conversion, and LTV
Partner with sales on lead handoff and quality

Required Skills and Qualifications
4+ years in performance or digital marketing
Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4
Working knowledge of marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo)
Solid analytical skills and comfort with attribution models




Experience managing budgets across multiple channels
Bias for testing, measurement, and iterating on data
