Role: Product Manager

Compensation: Market-competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $110,000 – $170,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Product Manager to own a product area end-to-end. The role drives strategy, prioritisation, and execution — partnering with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to ship things customers love and the business needs.

Key Responsibilities
Own the roadmap and strategy for a defined product area
Conduct customer research, write product specs, and align stakeholders
Partner closely with engineering and design through the build cycle
Define and track product metrics; iterate based on data
Coordinate launches with marketing, sales, and customer success
Make tough prioritisation calls and communicate the why clearly

Required Skills and Qualifications
4+ years as a Product Manager shipping software products
Strong analytical skills and comfort with quantitative decision-making
Excellent written communication, including PRDs and stakeholder updates
Familiarity with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4)




Bias for action and ability to drive ambiguous projects to outcomes
Empathy for customers and curiosity about their problems
