Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $50,000 – $85,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Tax Representative to prepare and review US personal tax returns. The role combines deep US tax expertise with strong client communication — helping individuals file accurately, on time, and with the right deductions claimed.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare federal and state individual income tax returns (1040 and related forms)
Review prior-year returns and identify amendment or planning opportunities
Communicate with clients to gather documentation and explain returns
Maintain compliance with IRS regulations and state tax requirements
Research tax positions and document conclusions
Stay current on tax law changes and IRS guidance

Required Skills and Qualifications
2+ years preparing US personal tax returns
Strong working knowledge of the Internal Revenue Code, federal forms, and major state returns
Familiarity with tax preparation software (Drake, Lacerte, ProSeries, UltraTax)




Active PTIN required; CPA or EA preferred
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong written communication and client service skills
