Accounts Receivable Administrator

We are currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our Accounting team. This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day management of accounts receivable functions across multiple properties. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Primary Responsibilities
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding balances and collections
• Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies
• Maintain customer account records and documentation




• Coordinate daily revenue reporting and cash applications from all subsidiaries
• Communicate with customers regarding account inquiries via phone and email
• Assist with month-end processes and reporting deadlines
• Support internal teams to ensure accurate billing and revenue tracking
• Perform general administrative and clerical accounting duties as required

Qualifications
• Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is recommended
• Minimum of 1–2 years of accounts receivable or related experience is an asset
• Experience with Net Suite is considered an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a quick-paced workplace

Hours of Work
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (in-office)
