This role is ideal for board-certified family physicians or those with equivalent experience. Situated within a 65-bed hospital, you will attend to a variety of inpatient cases, with opportunities in palliative, end-of-life care, and rehabilitation. Flexibility in shift patterns requires a minimum commitment of six weeks per year.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver care for palliative and rehabilitation-focused patients
• Work versatile shifts tailored to your schedule
• Engage in locum clinics within the Saanich Peninsula




• Provide support in emergency department scenarios
• Collaborate with a dedicated interdisciplinary team

Requirements:
• Board certification in family medicine or equivalent
• Previous inpatient care experience is a plus
• Adherence to Island Health policies
• Commitment to cultural safety and community engagement
• Willingness to participate in mentorship opportunities
