Hello we are a two mom family with 2 girls on Bowen Island looking for some childcare, house management and support for minimum 3 days of live in or live out support a week.
One of us travels for work a lot and so we need someone to be able to support our family, our kids, and our home.
We need support with cleaning, laundry, organization, child care, drop off, pick up, etc.
We can provide accommodation if needed when working and depending on schedule and can pick up/drop off from the ferry and will cover ferry costs.
What has worked well for us in the past is to have someone live with us for 3 days during the week (e.g.
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
to help our family for a negotiated daily rate so that you don''t need to live on Bowen full time.
But we are open and adaptable for different arrangements.
We have 2 daughters (2 and 4) one with some high anxiety and so are looking for someone who is calm, confident and regulated.
Bonus if you have experience in this area.
We also have a poorly behaved Irish Terrier (but she is so cute) and hypoallergenic! There are also some opportunities for travel with our family.
