Brockville Ford

Brockville

Brockville Ford is looking to hire one or two Automotive Technicians to join our growing service team.

We are a busy Ford dealership with an abundance of work available and no end in sight. In addition to regular Ford customer-pay, maintenance, warranty, and repair work, Brockville Ford is also one of the reconditioning hubs for carloft.ca used vehicle inventory. This helps keep our shop busy and provides more consistent workflow through the normal highs and lows of the automotive business.

We have opportunities available working on regular passenger vehicles, as well as heavier-duty Ford products such as Super Duty trucks and Transit vans. Depending on your experience, strengths, and what type of work you are most comfortable with, we can tailor the opportunity to be the right fit.

Our service department is open Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with no evenings and no weekends.

This is a flat-rate shop currently paying $38.00 per flat-rate hour.

We are also offering a $1,000 signing bonus, plus an additional $1,000 bonus after six months of continued employment.

Ford experience is a major asset, but it is not required. If you have experience with another manufacturer, Ford may offer transferable options for skills already earned. We also support Ford technician training, including in-class skill development and strong online training programs. Brockville Ford also has an experienced shop foreman who can help guide best practices as you become more familiar with Ford processes, products, and systems.

If you do not exactly fit the mold of what we are looking for, it is still worth reaching out and telling us what you believe would make you a great fit for the service team at Brockville Ford. You never know what opportunities we may have for up-and-coming talent.
