Operations Team Member

The Town of Kerrobert is accepting applications for a full-time Operations Team Member.

Qualifications:

- Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent
- Willingness to obtain required certifications
- Ability to perform physical labour and work outdoors in varying conditions
- Solid work ethic, reliability, and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated ability to use computer programs and mobile applications to support daily operations and adapt to evolving technologies

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Operate water treatment and distribution systems, sewage treatment and collection facilities,



and participate in on-call rotation. Work a 9 on 5 off shift, 9 hour days.
- Operate and maintain equipment required to support municipal operations.
- Operate public swimming pool boilers and chemical feeders.
- Assist with the operation and maintenance of the arena during the winter season.
- Assist with the maintenance and operation of parks and summer recreation facilities.
- Perform a variety of municipal operational duties across multiple service areas, requiring a broad skill set, adaptability, and ongoing technical development.
- On-the-job training and opportunities for certification advancement will be provided.
